Lucid Axon currently runs on AWS, US East (Northern Virginia). Uploaded documents and assessment results are stored there.

AI model processing

Lucid Axon accesses large language models through Amazon Bedrock within AWS. Amazon Bedrock does not use your documents, prompts, or results to train its models, and Lucid Axon does not use them for model training. Each assessment run records the model used.

Encryption in transit

Data transmitted to and from Lucid Axon is protected using TLS.

Encryption at rest

Files stored in Amazon S3 are encrypted at rest.

Restricted administrative access

Servers have no public SSH access. Administrative access goes through audited AWS sessions with multi-factor authentication.

Private databases

Databases only accept connections from Lucid Axon's own servers.

Responsible AI

We believe AI should strengthen expert decision-making, not replace it.

Experts remain responsible for the assessment. Results can be connected to their supporting evidence. Your framework remains under your control. And the assessment process and AI involvement remain visible to your team.
